These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the WebForge website and services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or engaging WebForge services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, you should not use this site or proceed with service engagement.

2. Services

WebForge provides services including website development, web-system development, deployment, and support.

Service scope is defined in proposals, quotations, statements of work, or written project confirmations.

3. Scope, Changes, and Delivery

Project scope, timeline, and deliverables are based on agreed specifications.

Any requested change outside agreed scope may affect timeline and pricing and will require written confirmation.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing required content, feedback, approvals, and access credentials in a timely manner.

Delays in required input may impact delivery timelines.

5. Fees and Payment

Fees, payment terms, and milestones are defined in project agreements or invoices.

Unless otherwise agreed, project deliverables may be paused or withheld if payment obligations are not met.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive rights to final project deliverables created specifically for their project, unless otherwise stated in writing.

WebForge retains ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, reusable modules, and internal know-how used during delivery.

7. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to keep confidential information private and use it only for project-related purposes.

This obligation does not apply to information that is publicly available or independently obtained lawfully.

8. Warranty and Disclaimer

WebForge delivers services with reasonable professional care.

Except where required by law, services are provided without guarantees of uninterrupted operation, specific business outcomes, or compatibility with third-party changes outside our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebForge is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses including loss of revenue, profits, data, or business opportunity.

Total liability for claims related to services is limited to fees paid for the relevant project phase giving rise to the claim.

10. Suspension or Termination

Either party may suspend or terminate engagement for material breach if the breach is not remedied within a reasonable period after written notice.

On termination, fees for completed work and approved in-progress work remain payable.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Malaysia, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

12. Updates to Terms

WebForge may update these Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
